New Zealand hard-hitter Brendon McCullum and Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars parted ways after two seasons.

The former captain of Black Caps took the Twitter to make the announcement writing, “A big thank you to for the past 2 seasons. Today we have parted ways but I leave with fond memories and friendships. I wish you all the best in the future. To the Rana family, a special thank you. Our friendship will always remain. “.

 

McCullum played 18 games for Qalandars with the highest score of 44. He led the team for two editions of PSL with Qalandars coming at the bottom of the table.

DE VILLIERS LIKELY TO JOIN LQ:

Former South Africa wicketkeeper-batsman AB de Villiers is likely to represent Lahore Qalandars during the fourth edition of the PSL, according to media reports.

The Lahore Qalandars will make the first pick during the draft on November 20 because they finished last in the previous edition of the league.

According to reports, Qalandars will have a new captain for the next edition of the tournament.

The fourth edition of PSL will start from February 14th, 2019 with eight matches being scheduled to be held in Pakistan.
