PSP delegation meets Ishrat Ibad, likely to form new party

Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leaders met with former Sindh governor Ishrat-ul-Ibad on Sunday for the purpose of formation of a new political party, a private media outlet said.

According to the media reports, an entire delegation comprising PSP members was present during the meeting, in which the former governor agreed to make a new party, however, the name of the party is not yet been disclosed.

PSP senior leader Anees Advocate, while reacting to the news, said that he met with Ibad with knowledge of the party.

The PSP leader said that he worked with the former governor Sindh for past 35 years and the meeting was to resolve any withstanding issue

PSP leaders Anees Advocate, Raza Haroon, Dr Sagheer, Waseem Aftab, Saleem Tajik, and Shakeel Umar have distanced from the party upon failure in the elections, sources confined.
