PESHAWAR: An opposition member on Tuesday demanded inquiry into the ‘manhandling’ of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly.

During the session which was chaired by the Speaker Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani, Awami National Party’s Khushdil Khan raised the issue insisting that the house’s privilege was breached. He said that a video went viral, showing uniformed men holding the CM as they took him to a vehicle, local media reported.

Since then, the video raised eyebrows about the health and the treatment meted out to CM Mahmood Khan forcing the government to make clarifications.
