Karan Johar’s much-awaited talk show Koffee with Karan’s sixth season premiered Sunday night with Bollywood’s leading ladies Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt sharing the ‘couch.’
As expected, the episode was full of excitement, laughter and gossip but the one thing that definitely caught our attention was Deepika’s answer to Karan’s rapid fire question.
In the rapid fire round, when Karan asked Deepika who has the “most dreamy eyes in Bollywood,” Deepika said Fawad Khan. Karan agreed to this one without even batting an eyelid. And goes without saying, we agree on this one too!
While, Fawad and Deepika have not done any films together, the two set the ramp on fire when they walked for Manish Malhotra in 2016. The two are also purported to be good friends and according to previous media reports, Deepika and Fawad along with Karan went on a short vacation to Barcelona after the IIFA Awards 2016. Moreso, at the same award ceremony, Deepika even went down on one knee for the Pakistani charmer.
It was also reported earlier that Fawad was the first choice for the role of Rawal Ratan Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmaavat. Rumour had it that Deepika personally recommended Fawad for the role. However, the project did not materialise due to several reasons.
