The Supreme Court resolved a dispute between high court judges after dismissing a petition by Justice Farrukh Irfan Khan of the Lahore High Court (LHC), a local media outlet reported on Thursday.
According to the decision by the apex court, Justice Farrukh will remain junior to two judges senior to him.
Justice Farrukh had previously argued that he was shown junior to two judges through an administrative order, which he said was illegal.
