Impressionist and comedian Shafaat Ali has drawn the ire of social media users over a “sexist” tweet making fun of suspected land grabber Malik Mansha Ali Khokhar alias Mansha Bomb’s name and punning on the similarity it bears with that of actor Mansha Pasha.
“One of these Manshas is a bomb, other isn’t,” he wrote on his Twitter while sharing the pictures of both Bomb and Pasha.

Soon after the post was published, Twitterati stepped in to criticise what they said was an “overtly sexist” comment.
“I get that people often say things with good intentions, and simply don’t realise that what they’ve said is insensitive. I hope you understand what I mean!” wrote a user.

Amid all the criticism over the “cheap” comment that according to Shafaat, was merely a joke, some also stepped in to defend the comedian.
FYI, one the left (PIC1) we have @manshapasha. On the right (PIC2) we have Mansha Bomb. Now read the tweet again and see that there isnt any sexism in there. I cant be blamed for people who need to learn to appreciate the pun.
