ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday adjourned hearing in bulletproof vehicle case regarding the former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry as both parties were absent.
A two-member bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Amir Farooq fixed the next hearing on November 29.
It is pertinent to mention here, that Riaz Hanif, Shiekh Ihsan and others had challenged the IHC’s March 29 ruling and requested to suspend the single member bench’s judgment.
They had filed an intra-court appeal against single bench decision.
