Six months after the birth of Prince Louis of Cambridge, the second son of Prince William and Catherine, another royal baby is on the way!

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are expecting a baby in the spring of 2019, an official statement said on Monday.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” read the statement posted to Twitter.

The couple married in May and are currently in Australia on their first overseas tour and will be travelling to Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

The pair will have a low-key start to their Australian tour, with official duties not starting until Tuesday giving them time to rest after the long-haul flight.

The trip, their first outside the UK and Ireland, will see the couple watch the Invictus Games, visit a Sydney zoo and visit the rural Flying Doctor service.

According to a UK-based publication, Meghan told The Queen and the rest of the Royal Family the happy news at Princess Eugenie’s wedding.

Fans begin to speculate on the Duchess’ pregnancy on Friday at Princess Eugenie’s wedding when she appeared in a loose-fitting and long navy coat.

The covered-up look was in complete contrast from sleek dresses she has been pictured wearing previously.
