ISLAMABAD: Senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Khawaja Salman Rafique have been blacklisted by the immigration authorities upon a request forwarded by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
According to a notification issued by Immigration and Passports DG on Friday, the PML-N leaders have been blacklisted “under category B for future passport facilities”.
The NAB has summoned the former railways minister and his brother on October 16 in a case pertaining to the Paragon Housing Scheme scam.
Both the brothers, who have appeared before NAB multiple times in recent months, have been directed to appear before the investigation team along with their money trail.
The notification further said that former PML-N MPA Qaiser Amin Butt had also been blacklisted on the anti-graft watchdog’s request.
