KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday sought details of under trial case from other high courts regarding the petition seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Imran Khan for not mentioning his daughter Tyrian White’s name in election nomination documents.

The SHC sought the details while hearing the petition filed by Abdul Wahab Baloch against the appointment of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The SHC remarked that verdict would be announced after looking the copy of other verdicts of other respective high courts.

The SHC directed the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and petitioner for submitting all documents regarding the petition seeking Imran’s disqualification. The petitioner stated Khan used wrong information in his election documents as he did not mention Tyrian White as his daughter. He argued that Khan was not being Sadiq and Ameen and should be disqualified under Article 62 of the Constitution.
