ATTOCK: An accused gunned down his newly-wed wife over unknown reasons and escaped the scene here on Thursday, police said.
The incident took place in Dhoke Tarbethi of district Attock where an accused who got married just one month earlier killed his wife and escaped the scene.
Reasons behind the murder could not be ascertained as yet. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
The police after registering a case against the murderer of wife have started raids for his arrest.
