ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari on Tuesday said that the government was committed to resolve issues of the Hindu community residing in Pakistan through taking all necessary measures.
Speaking to a representative delegation of the community who called on her here, she said that the government was fully cognizant of the issues being faced by Hindu minorities. The delegation was led by All Pakistan Hindu Panchayait President Pandit Channa Lal.
The delegation comprised of Ramesh Kumar, Naresh Chand, Om Parkash, Parvez Lal, Atif Chouhan and others. They discussed in detail the problems being faced by the Hindu community and the delegation also put forward valuable suggestions.
