ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Monday fixed the review petition of former president Asif Ali Zardari in the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) decision implementation case on September 25, Tuesday.
A three-member bench of SC headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the case.
It merits a mention here that SC had sought assets details of the former president in NRO case while he has challenged the interim orders of SC in NRO implementation case.
Petitioner took the plea that under Section 121 of the constitution, income tax details of only five years can be sought.
