CHITRAL: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar as a part of his private tour to Chitral visited Kalash valley along with his family on Sunday.
He was warmly welcomed by the people and was held in high esteem. They apprised the CJP of their problems. His lordship assured to take steps to resolve their issues.
Earlier on Wednesday, the CJP had fallen ill with a fever due to a chest infection.
He could not visit Golen valley and a number of historical places scheduled for Thursday due to his illness. The doctor had suggested him to refrain from going on the journey to distant locations further advising him to travel back to Islamabad via plane.
