KP private schools increase fee illegally

In violation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Regulatory Authority Act, private schools have allegedly increased the monthly fee, according to parents of the students, reported a local media outlet.

A parent claimed, “The monthly fee has been increased from Rs6,000 to Rs10,000.”

A notice displayed on the school’s main gate reads, “No visitors/Appointments will be entertained regarding concession in fee policy of the management board’s decision.”

” Anyone having an objection with regard to the management board has the right to apply for school leaving certificate,” it also reads.
