Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and Senator Raza Rabbani violated the rules of smoking in public areas as he smoked a cigar during the meeting of Senate standing committee of Rules, Procedures & Privileges.
In a video circulating on social media, the PPP leader can be seen smoking without realising that Parliament, where he is a sitting Senator and had steered to the Upper House as Chairman, enforced the law for the protection of the health of non-smokers.
