The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday paid tribute to the country’s security personnel who sustained injuries in combat, leaving them differently-abled and physically challenged.
The statement was released as part of commemorations for the Defence Day celebrated in the country on September 6 each year.
Defence Day in 2018 is being celebrated under the “We love Pakistan” theme.
“In addition to the martyrs, we pay homage for those who sustained debilitating injuries in protecting our dreams,” read a tweet by DG ISPR.
