New planning parameters pertaining to farmhouses have been approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
A meeting, which was chaired by CDA Chairman Ishrat Ali, approved a summary pertaining to the planning parameters, terms and conditions of allotment and lease agreements and monitoring systems for farmhouses.
A summary read, “Unfortunately agro farm projects in these schemes have turned into ultra luxurious palatial residences instead of their intended use.”
“Even, many started commercial operations or event hosting sites,” it added.
