LAHORE: Pakistan squash team notched up two back-to-back victories to take a victorious start in the Asian Games squash competition in Jakarta (Indonesia), on Monday.
Pakistan team started its campaign in the event by beating Japan 2-1 and outperformed Nepal 3-0, said the information made available by the Pakistan Squash Federation.
Both men’s and women’s teams are taking part in the squash competitions.
BASEBALL VICTORY:
Pakistan’s baseball team defeated Thailand by 8-1 on Monday in the 18th edition of Asian Games. The match was played at Jakarta Rawamangun Baseball Field in Indonesia.
