LARKANA: Senior politician and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Ghulam Mujtaba Isran passed away at the age of 75 on Saturday after a protracted illness.
His funeral prayers will be held at his native village Khairpur Juso on Sunday where he will be laid to rest.
He was thrice elected as Member of Provincial Assembly of Sindh in 1988, 1990 and 1993. Prior to this, he was elected as Local City Government chairman
Meanwhile, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, MPA Faryal Talpur, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and others expressed their deep grief and sorrow over his demise.
