Former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s close aide Anwar Majeed pushed and assaulted a Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officer at the Karachi Airport on Thursday evening when he was brought from Islamabad along with his son.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, Majeed is seen walking out of the airport when the officer approaches him and attempts to handcuff him. In response, Majeed throws the handcuffs down and pushes the FIA officer, pointing his walking stick at him.
At the intervention of the security personnel, Majeed then walks out angrily with his entourage.
