As Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suspended the membership of Imran Ali Shah after a video of him thrashing a man in Karachi went viral, a video of another member of the party started doing the rounds on the social media on Thursday.
The video circulating on the social media shows PTI leader Mansoor Ahmad Sheikh along with his cousin Malir Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Munir Sheikh torturing and abusing the staff members of a showroom.
A tweet by a social media user claimed: “PTI’s Mansoor Ahmad Sheikh vandalizes Honda Showroom with the help of his cousin SSP Malir Munir Sheikh, tortured and abused the staff members. Reports suggest that an amount of PKR 7 Million was also stolen and 5 employees were kidnapped. #TabdeeliStarts”.

Meanwhile, PTI supporter Awab Alvi defended Sheikh stating: “Another video making rounds against PTI – easy to spin one side of the story based on propaganda Do look at how the Councillor was pacifying the issue – the OWNER of the showroom attacked the OTHER PERSON Don’t fall for propaganda merely because PTI is the viral term these days”.
