KARACHI: A man was killed in a road accident in New Sabzi Mandi area of the metropolis on Thursday.
According to rescue sources, 55-year-old Faqir Zaman was knocked down by a speeding car while crossing the road near Zardari petrol pump in New Sabzi Mandi. As a result, he suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.
The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
