‘Dil Dil Pakistan’ is may be the most iconic Pakistan national song. This number took Vital Signs to the peak of popularity across the globe and made the band one of the best pop bands, reported Urdu Dunya News.
As the band, Junaid Jamshed and Shoaib Mansoor enjoyed the popularity but the poet of this legendary song, Nisar Nasik, suffers in poverty.
It is also important to mention that despite its immense popularity, very few people know about the creator of this song. Currently living in the outskirts of Rawalpindi, Nasik is leading a poor life.
According to a media report, Nasik is losing his eyesight and memory but he still remembers the lyrics of the song by heart.
He is another example of government and entertainment world’s ignorance, which is a serious issue.
