Ever since the beginning of Pakistan’s Independence Day on Monday night, people have hardly slept. On the streets and markets of Lahore, all you can hear is the constant sound of fireworks, national songs, and the ever-so-loud cheers.
Out of every noise being manufactured, that of baaja (horn) and seeti (whistle) haven’t ceased for a single moment and people all over the social media are really pissed off. Twitterati shared a bit of the annoyance.

One person wrote on Twitter, “Baaja bajane walo ke ilaawa sab ko happy Independence Day (Happy Independence Day to all, except those blowing horn).”

“Wherever you see this, smack both the baja and the mf who’s honking it,” another suggested.
In one meme, the people cursed the people who invented the ear-wrenching device.
