Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah on Monday said that his party has a majority in Punjab.
Addressing a press conference in Model Town area of Lahore, he said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has a fake mandate in the province where a disqualified politician ‘bought’ independent candidates to form a government.
He also said that the same Pervez Elahi that PTI Chairman Imran Khan used to speak ill off is now their candidate for Punjab Assembly speaker slot.
He announced that his party has nominated Chaudhry Iqbal Gujjar for Punjab Assembly speaker slot while the nominee for the deputy speaker slot is yet to be decided. Hamza Shehbaz was nominated by the party’s parliamentary meeting, he added.
