LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has asked the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to provide property details of three senior police officers.
According to a local media report, in a letter addressed to the LDA director general, the NAB asked him to “provide details of properties sold, purchased and transferred by ex-CCPO Lahore retired Capt Amin Wains, Operations DIG Dr Haider Ashraf and ex-Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) Lahore chief Umar Virk”.
Furthermore, LDA director general was also asked to appoint a relevant official to provide the record as the bureau had received a complaint against these police officers, with a request to launch a probe.
