FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) on Wednesday issued shutdown notice for Thursday due to necessary repair, maintenance and expansion of electric lines.
According to the schedule, power supply from Parco feeder from 132-KV Chak Jhumra grid station and Dijkot City feeder from 220-KV Sammundri Road grid station would remain suspended from 8 am to 1 pm, while Sandal and Dry Port feeders from 132-KV Chiniot Road grid station, VAC-I and Garment City feeders from 132-KV VAC grid station, Sammundri City, Salooni Jhal and Garh Road feeders from 132-KV Sammundri grid station would observe a shutdown from 8 am to 12 pm.
Similarly, electricity supply from Jubilee feeder from 132-KV Old Thermal grid station would remain suspended from 9 am to 11 am, whereas Model City feeder from 66-KV Old Thermal grid station would observe load shedding from 7 am to 12 pm.
