KARACHI: Vocalist Hamza Malik in collaboration with the celebrated Rahat Fateh Ali Khan released a new music video song, O Jaana, featuring himself [Malik] and actor Iqra Aziz. The video also marks the directorial debut of singer-actor Farhan Saeed.
The music for the film has been composed by the maestro Sahir Ali Bagga and has been beautifully done. O Jaana is a melodious, romantic track which shows the budding romance between a waitress, played by Iqra and a florist, essayed by Malik. The video for the song has been brilliantly shot and captures all the emotions wonderfully.
Sharing his experience and thoughts on the song, Malik said, “O Jaana is really close to my heart, I have put evangelistic efforts to bring the best out of me because working with a legendary Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is something not usual. I really hope that audience will like this song more than the rest of mine and can see how I am trying to level myself up with every passing day.”
Farhan Saeed also shared a teaser of the video on his social media handle, along which he wrote, “Director. Well, tried my hand on direction a few months back and why not! Check out the teaser of O Jaana by Hamza Malik featuring Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Thank you @parmeshadiwal, it was more of you than me!”
