Shehbaz Sharif asks PML-N workers to start gathering after Friday prayers

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz  (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif in a video message released on Friday urged the party workers’ to start making their way towards the Lahore airport after the Friday prayers.

The video was posted on Twitter, where Shehbaz Sharif has urged the party workers’ to put in as much effort as they can to be a part of this ‘historic day’ and come together to ‘welcome’ the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz at the Lahore airport.

“Nawaz Sharif said goodbye to his ailing wife Kulsoom Begum in London and left from there a few hours after that,” he said.

He further said that he is at Lohari Gate located in the ‘androon sheher’ and is all set to start the ‘peaceful journey’ towards the airport after the Friday prayers.

“I would want all the supporters to follow me and gather at the Lahore airport and play your role for a better, democratic and peaceful Pakistan,” Sharif said.
