ISLAMABAD: Services of seven officers from deputy inspector general of police (DIG) to superintendent of police (SP) were sought by capital police to fill vacant posts.
Moreover, in a summary moved to the chief commissioner office, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jan Mohammad requested that services of Additional Inspector General (AIG) Asmatullah Junejo and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malik Matloob should be taken back.
Posts lying vacant in the capital police force include those of DIG operations, AIG general, additional SP security of operation, SP Diplomatic Enclave and SP Industrial Area.
