A man in India’s Janagaon District worships United States (US) President Donald Trump like a god.
In a video that went viral on social media, the man can be seen performing various rituals and prayers in front of Trump’s photograph.
The man said in the video that people in his village call him “mad” but this did not deter him.
He says, “He [Trump] is my god.”
“I pray to Trump and perform rituals for him like we do for all of our other gods,” the man explained.
Another villager in the video said, “Even his parents left his house but that did not deter him from worshipping Trump.”
