LAHORE: Pakistan left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz said that it is not easy to make a mark among such talented pacers in Pakistan team.
Talking with International Cricket Council (ICC) media team, Riaz said Pakistan has always been famous for producing extremely talented fast bowlers.
“My career has been the career of ups and downs and among all those circumstances, my top priority was to look after myself,” he said, if I am fit, I can play all formats of the game, the fast bowler added.
Talking about his favourite performance of himself, Riaz said that quarterfinal of ICC 2015 World Cup is his favourite. “I can say that was one of my best performances for my country and I am looking forward to repeating it,” he stated.

Discussing the last year of his career, Riaz said it has been a year of ups and downs but the good thing is whenever he comes, he performs and tries to lift up the team.
“There is nothing better than playing for Pakistan, I had that privilege, I had that pride, I had kept my head high because I have played for my country and it is always been an honour for me,” he said.
“I am looking forward to playing all three formats and will keep representing the country as long as I could.”
