JHELUM: A pilot martyred during crash landing of a PAF at Peshawar Airbase the other day was laid to rest with military honour here on Wednesday.

A large number of people including family, relatives, high profile social, political personalities and citizens attended the funeral prayers of the martyred pilot, identified as Israr.

People continued visiting the residence of the deceased to condole with the bereaved family and offer ‘fateha’ for the departed soul.
