ISLAMABAD: Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) on Tuesday will hold a demonstration on the international day in support of victims of torture here at Islamabad Press Club.
As per press release issued here on Monday, the purpose of the demonstration is to draw the attention towards Pakistan’s obligation to fulfil its commitments under the convention against torture.
