NETHERLANDS: Pakistan will face arch-rivals India in Hockey Champions Trophy on Saturday in Breda, Netherlands.

India has never won Champions Trophy title and will be looking to put behind their miserable performance in last Commonwealth Games when they take on Pakistan, who are looking for their fourth Champions Trophy title.

The last time both time faced each other in Champions Trophy in 2014, Pakistan defeated India by 4-3 in the semi-final in a nail-biting encounter. Although Pakistan lost by 2-1 in final to Germany, its semi-final performance is considered to be one of its best ones in the tournament.

Pakistan won the inaugural edition of Champions Trophy in 1978 when they beat Australia in the final.

Four years later, Pakistan won its second Champions Trophy by beating Germany. The last time Pakistan won the tournament was in 1994, when they beat Germany by 7-6 on penalty strokes.
