ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Arbab Alamgir and his wife Asima Alamgir have emerged as the richest political couple of Pakistan.
According to details of assets submitted in the Election Commission along with nomination papers, the couple owns assets of over seven billion rupees.
The documents said that Arbab Alamgir owns assets worth 3.15 billion rupees which includes land property and vehicles.
Asima Alamgir is richer of her husband with assets of 4.3 billion two bungalows worth 100 million rupees and 300 tolas gold jewelry.
