ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted one-week time to media houses operating in residential areas of the city to shift their offices to any other place.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui resumed hearing of the case related to the TV channels including Bol and Neo TV, who were operating in residential areas of the city. During the proceeding, the bench stopped the Capital Development Authority (CDA) from sealing the office buildings of the TV channels and gave one week to media houses to shift their offices.
Earlier, a single member bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah last day referred a petition of the Bol TV channel to this bench for hearing.
