ISLAMABAD: Senate Standing Committee for Defence Production will meet today (Friday) at 10:30 am in the committee room of parliament under the chairmanship of committee chairman Senator Lt General (r) Abdul Qayyum.
The officials of the Ministry of Defence Production will give briefing in reference to the subordinate departments to the committee. Others matters will also come up for discussion.
Senate Standing Committee for Finance will also meet today (Friday) at 11:00 am in the committee room of parliament under the chairmanship of Committee Chairman Senator Farooq H Naik.
The meeting will work out modalities for FATA and PATA with FBR officials, consultation and mull over other matters following the 25th constitutional amendments and for the implementation of the government announced tax privileges.
