It has been reported that the next couple to walk down the aisle is none other than Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. According to Filmfare, an insider has revealed that the couple is all set to tie the knot this year on November 10.
The insider further said that “Ranveer and Deepika want everything about their wedding to be perfect, which is why they took a lot of time to decide the date. November 10 suited their calendars and families.”
He added that the roka, which is an intimate family ceremony, took place a long time ago but the wedding date was finalised a few weeks ago.
The wedding is expected to take place in Italy or Bangalore or both according to the report. Preparations are also in full swing from both sides.
“Ladies have begun wedding shopping. Ranveer is extremely excited about the wedding and is evidently on cloud nine, with both his professional and personal life being on a high,” shared the insider.
Though Ranveer and Deepika have not publicly confessed to their relationship, the two have often been spotted together and have also not refrained from publicly displaying their affection by leaving loving comments on each other pictures.
Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are also expected to get married, however, they are expected to tie the knot in 2020.
Ranbir opened up about his relationship with Alia in a recent interview with GQ Magazine.
“It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to overspeak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit,” he had said.
The two star kids hit a spark in early 2018 when they started shooting for their upcoming film Brahmastra in Bulgaria.
While the relationship is in its earlier stages, wedding talks seem to be in full swing and Alia is often spotted hanging out with Ranbir’s family.
