PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Saeed Khan escaped a suspected assassination bid in North Waziristan, local officials said on Wednesday.

However, no casualties were reported and the PTI leader remained safe. His vehicle was damaged in the improvised explosive device (IED) attack. According to officials, unidentified assailants planted explosive material on Shana Khawra point of Shehdad Kot area.
