KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto credited the last government of PPP for setting Karachi free from “namaloom afraad“ [unknown persons], reported a local English newspaper.
“Karachi has been freed from the clutches of namaloom afraad and due to policies and measures taken by the former government of PPP, the peace has been restored in the city to a great extent,” the PPP chairman said, adding PPP will sweep the upcoming elections as it has served the people of the city.
He further claimed that his party will clean sweep the general elections in Karachi as the people of the metropolitan city will use their right to vote “first time without any coercion and intimidation”.
