LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr Yasmin Rashid has moved the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against alleged irregularities in NA-125.

Rashid had previously contested from the same constituency against former prime minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.

Rashid claimed in her petition to the ECP that the number of voters was more in 1200 block codes but the population shown was less.

To further her claim she gave the example of 50 block codes, according to her petition.

Rashid had also filed a petition earlier with Returning Officer Asif Bashir against the continuation of development works in the constituency despite contrary orders issued by the ECP.
