Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) on Tuesday announced a 12-point manifesto for the upcoming general elections.
According to the details, the 12-point manifesto includes implementation of Nizam-e-Mustafa (PBUH), safeguarding all Islamic provisions in the constitution, construction of new dams, end of interest system, independent foreign policy and empowered parliament.
The announcement was made during a press conference in which Jamiat Ulama Islam (Fazl) chief Moulana Fazlur Rehman said that MMA would give its support to the movement of new provinces if initiated.
He said that there is a difference between protocol and security, offering the prime minister and the Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar to give their protocol to him and take his protocol in return.
In response to a question related to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, Fazlur Rehman said that they have ideological and political differences with them but they do not comment about anyone’s personal life.
