ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced names of its candidates for seven National Assembly constituencies from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the 2018 general elections.
In a statement issued here, the party’s spokesperson said that an important meeting of the party’s parliamentary board for the tribal areas was held on Saturday with PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the chair in Islamabad.
Gul Daad Khan, Gul Zafar Khan, Sajjad Khan, Noorul Haq Qadri, syed Iqbal Miyan, Aurangzeb Khan and Qaisar Jamal will be contesting upcoming general elections on PTI’s ticket from NA-40,NA-41, NA-42, NA-43, NA-46, NA-48 and NA-51 respectively, said the statement issued after the meeting.
The PTI election management was directed to make necessary arrangements in this regard.
