SWABI: At least four people died and another seriously injured when a vehicle of assistant commissioner (AC) hit two motorcycles in the city on Saturday.
Police said that AC Swabi Qaiser Khan was on his way home when his vehicle knocked down two motorcycles in Mansabdar area of the district. As a result of accident, four people including two real brothers were killed and another was critically injured.
The bodies and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. The injured were referred to Mardan Medical Complex where his condition was also stated to be critical.
AC Qaiser Khan said that the vehicle which hit the bikes was being driven by his brother who was also injured while he himself was travelling in another vehicle.
