The week saw another case of sexual harassment when students of Bahria College accused an invigilator of ‘molesting’ and ‘inappropriately touching them’. The incident added fuel to the already burning fire of sexual harassment and people took to Twitter to express their rage and anger.
Here is this week’s watch:
If 80+ people accused Sadat Bashir for blasphemy, he would’ve been dead by now. But since he MOLESTED 80+ girls, Islam, prophecy or nothing is in danger.
So we all good. #PunishSadatBashir— Anas Tipu (@teepusahab) May 29, 2018

This! And the #patriarchal narrative of “protecting” women has got to go too. Women need your mindset change, your respect, your allyship, and your #feminism, not your protection. https://t.co/s4CiV6SyC4

Don’t like girls with tattoos? Don’t be a woman and get them. It’s not complicated.

“A feminist is a person who believes in the power of women just as much as they believe in the power of anyone else. It’s equality, it’s fairness, and I think it’s a great thing to be apart of.” I live by that quote, and I think you should too. #Feminism #EducateYourself
