KARACHI: Karachi police arrested a suspected for reported sexual assault of his adopted daughter from Kalakot locality of the city’s Lyari area on Thursday morning.
According to police, the accused was arrested from his residence in Lyari after he uploaded a video on social media in which he can be seen ordering the young girl to lick his feet.

The man can also be seen sexually assaulting the girl in the video.
After the video surfaced on social media, the residents of the area took it upon themselves to serve justice and started to beat him up. The police reached shortly and arrested the suspect.
In the process of dispersing crowd, however, police resorted to aerial firing because of which another man was injured.
A case has been registered against the suspect in Kalakot’s police station. “The suspect has adopted daughter of his sister-in-law,” the police said.
