Just when things couldn’t get worse for boxing champion Amir Khan, considering the reports of an affair which emerged last week, it so happened that Amir took to social media to wish his wife, model Faryal Makhdoom a happy fifth anniversary and in the process ended up tagging a wrong Faryal.
Fortunately, the boxer figured out his mistake and immediately took the Instagram post down, but not before screenshots had been taken.
He then quickly uploaded a new photograph of himself and Faryal from what seems to be their engagement, with the caption, “Happy anniversary Faryal Makhdoom! #5years #31May.” And this time he made sure to tag the right Faryal.

Last week, Khan was embroiled in a controversy when a 22-year beautician, Sophia Hammani alleged that she had a one night stand with the boxer 17 days after his wife gave birth to their second daughter. However, Amir denied the story and said that it was “total nonsense.”
