Mahira Khan, Meesha Shafi, Hareem Farooq, Osman Khalid Butt, Maryam Nafees and Mawra Hocane have taken to Twitter to condemn and take on Sadaat Bashir, the invigilator, who allegedly harassed over 80 students at Bahria College.
Here is what they have to say:
Mahira came out and not only expressed solidarity with the alleged victims but also wished that “justice would be served to these brave girls who came out”.
Name and shame this man!! Shame on #SadatBashir!! Make an example out of him. May justice be served to all these brave girls and God knows how many before them. https://t.co/SRyX41770Z

Meesha was rather complaining that people did not ask her about her wellbeing when she allegedly went through something similar but she “would still sign the petition”.
Colleagues and…… friends… who didn’t do so much as check up on me during this past month with a simple “you ok?” let alone support or believe me, sending me petitions to sign against #BahriaCollegePerv *slow clap for you
Will still sign it tho! ✌?

Mawra Hocane was sad that something like this would happen at her alma mater and thanked Meesha for unknown reasons.
My heart is broken, what happened to childhood ? I’ve studied from the same school & we used to be so safe. #BahriaCollegeIslamabad must take action against #SadatBashir #Timesup https://t.co/Mz55cevYbm

Meesha decided to teach ‘little sister’ Mawra about being outspoken instead of being sad and said:
Don’t be so heart broken. Be outspoken. ? https://t.co/mqBSgieaup

Mawra claimed to have spoken to relevant authorities at the college and was told that action had already been taken.
Punish Sadat Bashir. Period. #BahriaCollegeCase I’ve spoken to relevant authorities at Bahria college, action has been taken already. Looking forward to a severe punishment #TimesUp RT for humiliating him socially too.

Zaigham had wiser words:
I hope the girls would testify in the courts as well when this beast is called out. The institution and teachers should also face the trial for not taking a stand for students. More power ? to all these girls. #PunishSadatBashir

Irum asked to track down the ‘monster’ and “make an example out of him”:
#PunishSadatBashir
Animals like him should not be allowed to roam freely !!@MofInteriorPK you should take swift action to make an example out of this.

Osman Khalid Butt was “disgusted” that it happened at his alma mater:
This is beyond disgusting. I urge my alma mater Bahria College to release a statement denouncing Sadat Bashir, and for the authorities to take immediate action. This depraved man should be behind bars.
More power to you, Saba.https://t.co/m1686oqK4x— Osman Khalid Butt (@aClockworkObi) May 29, 2018
Maryam was enraged and wanted to set an example.
– This man right here harassed 80 female students during their biology practical. Make his face go viral and let’s set an example so nobody can ever think about doing this again. #PunishSadatBashir pic.twitter.com/Zc0K2x2cpV
